The first wildlife organization I really became involved with would be ASU’s Wildlife Restoration Student Association. Upon learning about their presence on campus I quickly became involved. The following year ran for Secretary/treasurer and at the end of last year decided to run for a higher office. I now lead the group as The Wildlife Society (TWS) Vice President. The wildlife society is one of our three parent societies. With this new position I find myself writing articles for the TWS newsletter as well as our own student chapter newsletter.
Once I graduate college I plan to look into joining either the Sierra Club, Defenders of Wildlife, Green Peace or maybe all of the above!
